"BEST... Because it is Proved!"
Pros: 1.Removes 100% virus,that harms PC.(AVG cant remove everything)
2.Not heavy on PC ram.(Norton is too heavy)
3.Not too costly,its cost worth it.(Kaspersky is too costly)
4.Easy to use & user friendly.(Avaira is not)
5.Overall ..it leads.So its no. 1Cons: Well... main cons is that its not free.But I bet you one couldn't regret after having a buy of it.
It gives the performance what we need.Summary: Since it is Proved.. it is bEst in All anti virus. read more

Pros: This security product both blocks and finds: viruses, worms, and trojans that Norton Internet Security 2008, Norton 360, and AVG Free Edition 8.0 did not block nor find.
Cons: Other people have commented that it is too "paranoid". They claim the security threats that it finds (that other AV's do not) are not actually security threats per se. They say impresses "noobs", cause those thingies aren't actually threats.
Summary: If what it exlusively finds aren't security threats, then what are they? All I know is that it hasn't happened that another AV finds a security threat that slipped thru Avast's protection, so I can't say that it performs poorly. On the other hand, my... read more

Pros: fast, resource-friendly, cheap. customizable as well.
Cons: it is a bit confusing at first but you really get going after a little while.
Summary: ive had most antivirus out there in the market. name it: panda, norton, avg, and others i dont remember. this is the best ive had. i used to have avast home, but decided to buy pro when i realized how good this AV is. really worth it. read more
