"seems better than other freeware I've used"
Pros: Pretty quick. Seens to scan most important things.
Cons: After I mamually update I get a popup supposedly from Avira. I'm afraid to click "OK". It says differnt things like can I read your email, bank account etc. Is this supposed to happen?

"out performed nortons and many others"
Pros: ease of use compared to may other virus software.
Cons: It works great but you have to reset after it finds a virus.
Summary: I have not bought this product as it takes so long to check for viruses when you have to restart, the program at every possible time it thinks could be a virus but were special files with different file extensions. read more

Pros: It doesn't eat up too much space
Cons: every update I get a screen to buy it, and HP tells me I have no Anti Virus.
Summary: Got grabbed by some insane anti virus add on line that said my computer had 364 viruses, one for every day of the year but Christmas. That I did not click on and it allowed it to run. I think I'll be looking for something else. I have an HP and HP sa... read more
