Pros: I work as a manager in the Internet and I need the program of such type. I got this version, but it works not each time. Alike, that there error.
Cons: Possibly developers assumed an error.

"This software does a good job for free"
Pros: It's free. It allows to have cool video effects and use them for video chat
Cons: It has inconvenient user interface.
